JEVA 最早是一支以制作为核心的伦敦团队。我们靠对细节的把控、稳定的交付和处理复杂项目的能力，逐步建立长期客户关系。JEVA started as a hands-on, production-led team in London. Our early reputation came from close attention to detail, dependable delivery and an ability to handle complicated briefs.
今天，固定核心团队负责创意、客户、内容、制片与项目管理，再根据项目所在地组合导演、摄影、活动、媒体和供应商。Today, our core team covers creative, account management, content, production and delivery, bringing in directors, photographers, activation, media and supplier partners wherever each brief takes us.
项目到哪里，我们就连接当地合适的人，把创意、预算、排期和交付一起管起来。Wherever the project lands, we connect the right local people and manage the creative, budget, schedule and delivery as one job.
我们重视创意，也同样重视预算、排期和结果。客户知道谁在负责、项目进行到哪里，以及最终交付了什么。We care about the creative idea and the practical details around it: budget, timing and results. Clients know who is responsible, where the project stands and what has been delivered.

Adam 毕业于伦敦艺术大学摄影硕士，从摄影和制作起步，现在负责 JEVA 的创意方向、重点客户沟通和关键制作决策。Adam holds a master’s degree in photography from University of the Arts London and leads JEVA’s creative direction, key client relationships and major production decisions.
日常交付由客户、内容、创意和制作团队共同推进；当地导演、摄影、活动与媒体伙伴再根据项目加入。Day-to-day delivery is shared across the account, content, creative and production team, with local directors, photographers, activation and media partners joining each brief.
